DESCRIPTIONS - This has effectionately been called the charlie brown cocktail dress. It has hand beaded fringe on the skirt (which is part of why it is more costly.) It coudl be made without the fringe and the cost would be far less. Tehre is a solid straight line beading bolt crossing the mid cener.
