This lovely blue gown has a one shoulder design to the neck line. There are srpays of beading over the bodice that is done with crystals and rhinestones. We have created this same designs with long sleeves in the past and it turned out great. We have produced this in white, black, purple and several other colors. By changing the color it allows you to wear this to various occasions - as mother of the bride, for a pageant or for any type of gala, party or black tie event.
